PUMPKIN CAKE

Freshly baked Pumpkin Cake for my dogs.
First time trying out this recipe, actually I used the recipe of carrot cake and instead of using carrots, I changed it to mashed pumpkins.
The cake turns out o.k.

PUMPKIN

This Saturday, I baked the usual Healthy Oatmeal biscuit and Pumpkin biscuit...it's healthy and full of Vitamin A. I have also saved some of the mashed pumpkin for Sunday as I am going to bake a Pumpkin cake for my dogs. I baked biscuit every Saturday as the biscuits that I baked can ony last for a week as there are many mouths to feed...ha..ha
